Our most popular service, the Strategic Club Assessment, provides a detailed assessment of the asset with specific recommendations geared towards turnaround and the dissolution of the property on behalf of lenders, developers and owners. We can work on the property with an asset manager or with the OREO group starting with Receiver services and or property management through the repositioning and resolution of the asset. All our services are geared to shorter and more flexible business terms; with no required long term management or lease agreements. We believe this allows our clients a relationship geared to their unique financial needs; ultimately allowing for more choices and flexibility on how they can resolve the issues.

The Strategic Club Assessment also provides member owned clubs with a template for success during difficult times or for clubs that want to be proactive and stay ahead of the challenges. CSI can work with the Board of Directors and the General Manager to review the operation and develop a plan for success.
