The Las Vegas Country Club is an equity membership club located in Las Vegas, Nevada boasting an 18 hole golf course, 6 tennis courts, swimming pool, men’s and women’s lounges, barber and manicurist, member grille, dining room, member bar, banquet facilities and pristine views of the city and course. CSI was retained by the Board to assist them with the due diligence list completion for their pending acquisition.
The Beachwalk Beach Club is situated inside the new Beachwalk development at Twin Creeks. This is a major residential and commercial real estate development that includes a 14 acre man-made Crystal Lagoon (special technology). The Crystal Lagoon is unique and patented with new Crystal Lagoons under development across the country. CSI was retained to develop the Beach Club which includes a 25,000 sq' clubhouse, Lagoon Bar with swim-up access, beach activities including kayaking, surf boarding, swimming, canoeing, sun bathing, sand volleyball, tennis, fitness and many other activities, The Beach Club will include a casual beach bar for dining and beverages, a member dining room with more extensive menu, member lounge, juice bar and fitness center. This will be a very active and high energy facility that will bring beachfront living to this new community.

Halifax River Yacht Club was established in 1896 and is one of the oldest continuing Private Clubs on the East coast. The Board of Directors engaged CSI to provide them with an evaluation and have retained CSI to assist with management, bylaw updates, membership development and improving their food and beverage operation.
The Amarillo Club was established in 1947 by a group of business executives that wanted to enjoy a private "Business Men Club". Now more than 850 Amarillo club members enjoy a fantastic view as they wine and dine on the 30th and 31st floors of the Chase Tower in the heart of downtown Amarillo. The Seminole Boosters Board of Directors has engaged CSI to assist with the development of the new Champions Club at Doak Campbell Stadium including the expansion of the existing University Center Club which is a private member only Club located in the south endzone of the stadium.

The Eau Gallie Yacht Club, founded in 1907 is a thriving yacht, tennis and social club located in Indian Harbour Beach just outside Melbourne, Florida. Woods Hole was founded in 1899 with course architect Thomas Winton designing the original nine holes. Over the next 20 years more land was acquired, a clubhouse was constructed overlooking Buzzards Bay and the course was expanded to 18 holes by Boston architects Wayne Stiles and John Van Kleek, affiliates of the famed Donald Ross. US Open Champion Francis Ouimet played the inaugural round on the new course in 1919, carding a score of 72. Since those early days, the club has hosted numerous US and Massachusetts Golf Association qualifying and championship events

This timeshare golf resort property was one of 19 properties in a major acquisition by Wyndham and they needed professional assessment on the golf club since they are not actively in the golf or golf club business.

Based on our Assessment and recommendations we have been retained to provide management services for Winchester Country Club for Wells Fargo/Wachovia. This is a very affluent country club with a Robert Trent Jones Sr. and JR partnership championship golf course and magnificent clubhouse facilities in the foothills of northern California just north of Sacramento. The golf course is ranked as one of the best 25 in California. We have just completed reestablishing Winchester as a private country club following the foreclosure by the lenders that occurred over a year ago. We have formed a new Advisory Board of Governors and introduced a Founder Member offering to build the dues income of the club.

Based on the Assessment and business plan presented we have been retained by the Owners to provide management services for The Manor Golf and Country. This is a very affluent private country club with a Tom Watson designed championship golf course and three separate clubhouse and recreational buildings on the campus. The club boasts one of the finest member golf experiences in the market coupled with a beautiful and well equipped fitness center, indoor and outdoor JR Olympic swimming pools and indoor and outdoor tennis center. We began our management in March of 2010 and have formed a new Advisory Board of Governors and are implementing a new operating business strategy for the club.

CSI was retained by the Board of this traditional North Carolina Beach Club to conduct a Strategic Operations Assessment and help them with a new operating model, selection of a new General Manager to help implement the plans and recommendation made by CSI. Their new GM is in the process of implementing all facets of the plan and improvements developed for the Board.

CSI completed a consulting relationship with three of the Bonita Bay Group Clubs to assist their Transition Boards with support for their equity conversion plans and negotiations. Our services were provided directly to the member boards in helping them fashion their strategies for a successful conversion. All three clubs completed very successful conversions and are now operating as member owned private clubs.
