CSI was retained by the Member Acquisition Committee to assist and facilitate a Member acquisition of the private club from the current owners RBF, LLC.  CSI has been involved since early 2011 working with the Acquisition Committee to develop a strategy and membership plan that would create a high level Member Owned private club managed by Ritz-Carlton with their “Gold Standard” level of service.

CSI was retained to conduct a Strategic Club Assessment for the Board of Directors historic Member Owned private Club.  This beautiful and active Club dates back to 1923 and maintains the distinction of being the preferred private Club in Indianapolis.  Based on the results and recommendations of the Assessment the Board retained CSI to conduct a search for a GM that could help implement the GM/COO management model in this traditional private club.  CSI was also retained to develop Membership marketing and development business plan while assisting the Board revise their bylaws to provide for the more contemporary management/governance model.  CSI will also facilitate the development of a Strategic Plan for Meridian Hills Country Club.

CSI was retained by Wachovia bank to conduct a Strategic Club Assessment and recommendations for the future of Winchester Country Club. Based on our Assessment and recommendations we have been retained to provide management services for Winchester Country Club for Wells Fargo/Wachovia. This is a very affluent country club with a Robert Trent Jones Sr. and Jr partnership championship golf course and magnificent clubhouse facilities in the foothills of northern California just north of Sacramento. The golf course is ranked as one of the best 25 in California. We have just completed reestablishing Winchester as a private country club following the foreclosure by the lenders that occurred over a year ago. We have formed a new Advisory Board of Governors and introduced a Founder Member offering to build the dues income of the club.


The Manor Golf and Country Club – Alpharetta, Georgia

CSI was retained by Empire Financial Services to conduct a Strategic Club Assessment for the lenders. Based on the Assessment and business plan presented we have been retained by the Owners to provide management services for The Manor Golf and Country. This is a very affluent private country club with a Tom Watson designed championship golf course and three separate clubhouse and recreational buildings on the campus. The club boasts one of the finest member golf experiences in the market coupled with a beautiful and well equipped fitness center, indoor and outdoor Jr Olympic swimming pools and indoor and outdoor tennis center. The clubhouse is a traditional yet upscale facility with beautiful member areas and a grand ballroom. The Manor is one of the finest and most complete new development country clubs in Atlanta. We began our management in March of 2010 and have formed a new Advisory Board of Governors and are implementing a new operating business strategy for the club.

Members have access to a beach club and many other features. CSI was hired to conduct a Food and Beverage analysis and conduct an executive search for their General Manager position.

CSI was retained to conduct a comprehensive Strategic Club Assessment and conduct a search for a new General Manger. We completed our agreement in January of 2010. They are now implementing the business plan we recommended with their new GM.

CSI completed a consulting relationship with three of the Bonita Bay Group Clubs to assist their Transition Boards with support for their equity conversion plans and negotiations. Our services were provided directly to the member boards in helping them fashion their strategies for a successful conversion. All three clubs completed very successful conversions and are now operating as member owned private clubs.
