Philip (Phil) LaBrecque

Vice President Operations

Phil LaBrecque has been in the golf business for over thirty years. He is a responsive, results oriented leader with extensive private club management and development background. Phil has a special gift for managing all department heads and communicating with all property supervisors in order to understand the needs of each individual property. His deep understanding of the intricacies of the golf industry, coupled with his experience, give him theattention to detail that club operations need.

Phil received his education in hospitality from the Dedman School of Hospitality & College of Business, with a minor in Marketing, at Florida State University. As a veteran club manager in the hospitality industry, including a 20 year career with ClubCorp where he served as a club manager and regional vice president. Phil also worked with exclusive privately owned clubs where he was involved in development and renovation projects. During his career, he has specialized in turning marginal or negative income properties into fiscally sound operations while significantly enhancing the quality of each operation for the enjoyment and benefit of its' members and residents. He brings an in-depth understanding of private club administration, development issues, turf management, strong leadership and organizational abilities, proven skills in financial planning and management, effective controls and development.

Phil serves as the Vice President of Operations for CSI and bring his vast golf, club and real estate experience to the group. Phil enjoys working with club Boards, Committees and Staff while developing a team of motivated professionals to execute the business plans developed for each club.

Phil is a Certified Club Manager and a member of the Club Managers Association of America. He also has a State of Florida Real Estate License.

Phil likes to play golf, read and spend time with his one year old grandson. Phil and his wife Orpha have been married since they both graduated from Florida State. Their two children both live in Tampa, Florida.
